Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the platform.

Service Description

SocialBand/VousRevoir is an independent cultural social network designed to connect artists, cultural venues, and audiences.

Your Account

You must create an individual account. You can then create collective identities managed by multiple people.

You are responsible for the security of your password and all activities performed from your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.

Data Protection

Fundamental principle: Your data belongs to you and will never be commercially exploited.

We do not sell your data to third parties, do not share it with advertisers, do not use it for targeted advertising, and do not create behavioral profiles for commercial purposes.

Your rights (GDPR):

  • Access: obtain a copy of your data
  • Rectification: correct your information
  • Portability: export your data
  • Erasure: delete your account and your data
  • Objection: refuse certain processing

Your Content

You remain the owner of all your content (texts, images, sounds, videos). By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute this content according to the privacy settings you define.

This license simply allows us to operate the service. You are responsible for your content and must ensure you have the necessary rights to publish what you share.

Moderation

Moderation aims to maintain a respectful and safe space for everyone. We may remove content that violates these terms or suspend accounts in case of abuse.

We prioritize dialogue and warning. Immediate sanctions are reserved for serious cases (harassment, illegal content, massive spam).

Limitation of Liability

SocialBand/VousRevoir is a networking platform. We are not responsible for interactions between users, the accuracy of published information, canceled or modified events, or damages related to the use of the service.

Service Availability

We do our best to keep the service available at all times, but we cannot guarantee 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or infrastructure problems may occur. The service is provided "as is", without explicit or implicit warranty.

Modifications to Terms

These terms may evolve. In case of significant changes, we will notify you by email or via a notification on the platform. Continuing to use the service after these changes means you accept them.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or close your account in case of violation of these terms, after warning except in serious cases.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, we always favor amicable mediation before any legal action.
